Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Nigh Support Assistant at our CQC Registered Physical Disabilities scheme, StJohn's House in London.

Providing support to encourage young people with physical disabilities to maximise their own potential and independence

Building positive relationships with residents to help encourage independent living and identify their individual needs

Providing peace of mind for all residents by carrying out security checks throughout the night, checking on all buildings and residents

Responding to calls should a resident need support in an emergency

Maintaining a safe environment for residents, providing support in accordance with relevant regulations, procedures and practices
:
Conducting bed calls and morning calls to a high standard
Skills and experiences:

A caring, approachable nature and a confident 'can:do' attitude

Ability to keep accurate records and clearly communicate relevant information to team members

Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with customers, families, and internal and external agencies

Level 2 NVQ Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards
