Care Assistant Days – Residential Care
Location: Halmer Court, Spalding, Lincolnshire
Salary: £12.25 per hour + Paid Training + Amazing Employee Benefits
Hours: Full-Time, average of 40 hours per week (Alternate Weekends)
Shifts: 8am–8pm
* Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday (44 hours)
* Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (33 hours)

Your Role As a Care Assistant
Being a Care Assistant means being a companion, a helping hand, and a source of comfort. You’ll play a vital role in supporting older people to live with dignity and independence.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Assisting with personal care and hygiene
* Supporting mobility around the home
* Helping with housework such as cleaning and tidying
* Preparing and cooking meals
* Administering or supporting medication management

Located in the heart of Spalding, Halmer Court is a purpose-built care home offering 61 ensuite rooms designed for comfort, dignity, and ease of mobility. We provide residential, dementia, and respite care in a fully accessible setting tailored to older adults with a range of care needs.
Our dedicated team works hard to create a homely and enriching environment where residents feel safe, valued, and supported.
