You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and previous experience within commercial property law.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing full secretarial support to Commercial Property fee earners
* Preparing, amending, and formatting legal documents and correspondence
* Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and arranging appointments
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries professionally
* Opening and closing files in accordance with firm procedures
* Managing deadlines, file maintenance, and document filing (electronic and paper)
* Assisting with billing, time recording, and general administrative tasks
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Commercial Property
* Strong typing and document production skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Confident communication skills and a professional manner
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
