The Opportunity

You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a mix of sale and purchase transactions while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Unlike many volume conveyancing environments, the focus here is on quality over quantity. Each transaction is managed by a dedicated conveyancer, with technology designed to remove administrative burden and allow legal professionals to focus on client care and technical legal work.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Handling a mix of freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions
• Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong communication throughout the transaction
• Working collaboratively with mortgage referral partners and other stakeholders
• Utilising modern legal technology and AI-enabled systems to improve efficiency and streamline processes
• Contributing to the continued growth and development of the business

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with residential conveyancing experience
• Open to candidates from both high street and volume conveyancing backgrounds
• NQ level and above considered
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Comfortable working within a technology-enabled environment
• Motivated by innovation and continuous improvement
