Functional Analyst (Oracle) | Digital User Experience | Full Time | Preston

Salary: £36,363–£40,777 per annum (Grade 8, competitive with enhancements for standby rota).
Employment type: Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week (Pro Rata).
Location: County Hall, Lancashire (Preston).
What You’ll Do
* Support and maintain Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues, including 2nd line and on‑call emergency support.
* Implement updates, improvements, and system changes.
* Develop user training materials and deliver training sessions.
* Create and maintain knowledge articles and operational support documents.
* Collaborate in a DevOps environment, working on both business‑as‑usual and change projects.
* Participate in our out‑of‑hours standby rota (with additional pay).
What We’re Looking For
* Experience supporting Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.
* ITIL Service Management knowledge is desirable.
