Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician to join our team on a commission basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for beauty and nail care. Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics.
* Provide personalised consultations to clients to recommend suitable nail services and colours
* Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety standards
* Build and retain a loyal client base through excellent customer service and professional demeanour
* Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in nail artistry and beauty treatments
* Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise waiting times
* Promote additional services such as makeup application or retail products to maximise client satisfaction and revenue
Experience
* Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within the beauty industry
* Strong skills in makeup application are considered an advantage but not essential
* Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with clients
* Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques in nail art and treatments
* Ability to work independently whilst maintaining professionalism and organisation
