Up to £50,000 base DOE + uncapped commission
We’re partnering with a growing recruitment business that opened its Newcastle office last summer and has already built a strong presence within the white‑collar construction market. Due to continued success, they’re now looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant to launch and grow a brand‑new desk within a new vertical.

This is a genuine opportunity to build something from the ground up. You’ll have the autonomy and backing to develop your own market, with full support from an experienced and successful team.
The Role
* Build and grow a new desk within the white‑collar construction sector
* Develop new business opportunities and client relationships
* Take a proactive approach to business development – picking up the phone is key
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent roles
* Shape your own niche and establish yourself as a specialist
What We’re Looking For
* Proven successful experience in 360 recruitment (experience within construction/ logistics/ engineering recruitment is essential)
* Confidence in business development and winning new clients
* A proactive, self‑starting attitude with a desire to build a desk
* Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
* Someone who enjoys autonomy and taking ownership of their market
