Compensation: Foundational Equity only (equity-only until closure of $1M Seed Round)
1. The Mission
As Chief Growth Officer & Co-Founder, you are the commercial architect of FTNG’s global market dominance.
Your mandate is ambitious and straightforward:
Transform 6DLABS from a deep-tech innovator into the globally recognised gold standard for precision fit in luxury e-commerce.
You will own the FTNG Narrative Engine and the Revenue Engine, ensuring Tier-1 luxury marketplaces view our infrastructure as mission-critical, not optional.
2. Core Responsibilities
A. FTNG Brand & Product Marketing (The Narrative Engine)
* Strategic Positioning – Define and own the global FTNG brand. Position the product at the intersection of decimal-level precision, luxury integrity, and ESG accountability.
* The “RAE” Narrative (Return Avoidance Events)
* Lead market education around our proprietary RAE framework—demonstrating how 6DLABS converts returns from an environmental liability into a verifiable financial and carbon asset.
* Thought Leadership & Proof Points
* Drive the creation of authoritative white papers, “Future of Fit” reports, and enterprise case studies. Translate pilot data into auditable, defensible proof that underpins enterprise buying decisions.
* Sales Enablement
* Own C-suite-grade collateral: bespoke marketplace ROI decks, garment-physics explainers, and immersive demo narratives aligned to luxury decision-makers.
B. Commercial Growth & Flagship Sales (The Revenue Engine)
* Enterprise Marketplace Acquisition
* Personally lead flagship marketplace deals (e.g. top-tier luxury retailers and platforms). You own the complete sales cycle—from strategic introductions to complex, high-value closures.
* Account-Based Growth (ABM)
* Design and execute an ABM strategy targeting the world’s top luxury and premium e-commerce platforms.
* Ecosystem Partnerships
* Identify and activate strategic integrations with leading commerce platforms, positioning FTNG as the preferred luxury-tier precision-fit infrastructure.
C. Strategic Fundraising & Investor Marketing
* The Investor Story
* Co-lead fundraising. Translate technical moats, data defensibility, and ESG leverage into a venture-scale commercial narrative.
* Market Intelligence & Product Alignment
* Act as the voice of the customer—ensuring the FTNG roadmap remains tightly aligned with the needs of enterprise buyers and UHNW consumers.
3. Key Qualifications
* Luxury & Fashion Pedigree
* 8+ years in senior commercial, growth, or marketing roles within luxury e-commerce or high-end fashion. Deep understanding of the Luxury Promise and how technology protects it.
* Elite Storytelling Ability
* Proven ability to frame complex AI, physics, and data infrastructure into a sophisticated, premium B2B narrative.
* HNWI / UHNW Exposure
* Demonstrable experience or network within high-net-worth ecosystems that accelerates access to marketplace decision-makers.
* B2B Growth Mastery
* Strong track record in enterprise demand generation, CRM strategy, and high-ticket software marketing.
* Founder Mentality
* Full commitment to an equity-only pre-Seed model. This is about building toward Series A scale—not short-term compensation.
