Description We are looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join our eCommerce team on a 12 Month FTC! The CRM team within Digital Marketing at NEXT is predominantly responsible for Email, Loyalty and On-Site marketing and to help deliver a best-in-class CRM Marketing service across our UK and International sites. About The Role: As an Email Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving engaging, high-impact email campaigns for our UK and international customers. Working closely with the Digital Communications Lead, you’ll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced marketing team, supporting CRM initiatives across the business. You’ll bring a sharp eye for detail, a problem solving mindset, and a passion for delivering results that build customer loyalty and fuel growth. What else is involved? Develop and execute email marketing campaigns including the set-up, scheduling, and deployment of one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns. Help execute the email strategy and test plans. Work closely with the key teams/stakeholders to create campaigns to increase sales, drive recruitment and retention. Analyse performance of email marketing campaigns to provide actionable insights and improvements for future development. Reporting on sales revenues generated through email marketing campaigns. Assist with day-to-day administration tasks. Build relationships with the relevant stakeholders (Trade Managers, Regional Managers as appropriate) You’ll be doing all this from our Leicestershire Head Office. Our offices are inspiring, yes. Self-motivated & highly organised with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and stay calm under pressure. Experience of utilising CRM / email service platform/s such as Bloomreach. Experience working with HTML is an advantage. Aptitude for attention to detail. Able to take direction and deliver tasks accordingly. Effective team player with a can-do attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Intermediate level user of Excel/Sheets.
