Job Title: Static Maintenance Technician
Are you a skilled and versatile Maintenance Technician with experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance? My client are a large prestigous school based in Godalming, they are currently seeking a maintenance technician to join an existing on site team team. The Salary is between £30-33.5k working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
As Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services across a diverse portfolio of retail stores. Your role will include, but is not limited to:
* Plumbing repairs and installations
* Carpentry work
* Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
* General maintenance and repairs as required
* Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
* Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in minor plumbing, minor carpentry, and general maintenance
* Relevant trade qualifications
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Customer-focused approach
* Able to pass DBS and employment checks
