We’re supporting a reputable law firm who are looking to welcome an Employment Solicitor to their team.
Overview

Responsibilities
* Provide expert employment advice to employees, employers, executives, SMEs, and trade unions on a wide range of issues.
* Assist clients in delivering professional services including settlement agreements, redundancy & restructuring, discrimination, disciplinary procedures and grievances.
* Handle cases progressing to Employment Tribunals and Salary and Hours of Work inquiries.
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to provide expert advice on a number of matters.
* Ability to manage own caseload – 5 years PQE.
* Open to various levels including Associates, Senior Associates, Directors, and Partners.
* Experience in contentious or mixed contentious/non-contentious employment work.
* Happy to work with a mixed caseload of both claimant and respondent.
* Confident, motivated solicitors who enjoy autonomy and challenging matters.
* UK-based and able to work fully remotely.
Salary & Hours
* Monday to Friday, hours to suit the employee.
* £65k FTE base plus uncapped OTE.
* Must be able to commit to 15–25 hours per week.
