The Access Control Team Leader will be essential to security management. They will represent the corps principles of loyalty, integrity, and service and act as a single point of contact for the development of service delivery, performance evaluation, and centralised reporting. This crucial role guarantees the team's operational effectiveness and cultivates a solid rapport between the security personnel and the client. Must hold a valid SIA Front-Line Licence. Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel) Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise appropriately Able to remain calm under pressure and manage situations with empathy, professionalism and discretion Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards What are you going to do: Responsible for performing 1-1’s & annual reviews to your team. Using shared Excel Rota to assist in annual leave cover Reponsible for communicating and delegating jobs to the team Prepping passes in advance for future events Train and coach new staff to develop skills Solving problems and resolving conflict Be proficient using Ccure, VM easy, Excel, SharePoint and One drive. Call productions and tenants to assist with issuing a visitor who wasn't pre-booked Please note: These are they key elements of the role and you will be required to carry out other duties.
