?? What You'll Be Doing
Lead the expansion into new product categories aligned with strategic growth plans.
Source and onboard new suppliers and brands to broaden our offering.
Manage the full product lifecycle—from concept and business case to launch and performance tracking.
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to build compelling propositions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Category Management, Procurement, Marketing, and Sales.
Negotiate supplier agreements and commercial terms.
Monitor product performance and recommend optimisations.
Ensure compliance with sourcing, quality, and brand standards.
Build and manage a roadmap for new category introductions.

Proven experience in Product Management, Buying, or Category Development.
Strong market analysis and commercial evaluation skills.
Excellent supplier sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management.
Ability to translate insights into innovative product propositions.

Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
