JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Estimator / Project Estimator.
As an Estimator / Project Estimator, you will work primarily from the office, preparing quotations, supporting design activities and managing client communication. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical detail and delivering high standards of service.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Estimator / Project Estimator include:
* Quotation Preparation: Produce accurate cost estimates and project quotations
* Design Support: Assist in design work for lightning protection and earthing projects
* Client Communication: Liaise with customers by phone, email and meetings
* Occasional Site Visits: Carry out site surveys or attend meetings when required, with a pool car provided
* Sales Activity: Support business development through excellent service
* Negotiation Skills: Discuss terms, conditions and specifications with clients
* Target Achievement: Work towards agreed financial and business goals
* Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of tenders and proposals
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Industry Knowledge: Experience in lightning protection, earthing or related electrical systems
* IT Skills: Strong Microsoft Office and general IT capability
* Organisation Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Sales Mindset: Enthusiastic approach to winning new business and developing relationships
* Communication Skills: Confident in meetings, presentations and negotiations
* Team Player: Collaborative and supportive working style
