We are looking to appoint Front of House Team Members to work under our Restaurant Management Team to ensure that our customers have a positive experience with us from the moment they come through the door until the moment they leave. Front of House staff will play a pivotal role in the dining experience.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential as training can be provided. Outgoing, customer/solution focussed attitudes are essential as is the ability to work as part of a large team to bring the best possible dining experience for our customers.
Appointment is subject to receipt of appropriate references.
Duties
* Help maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen space, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
* Set up tables for service and clear away following srvice.
* Collaborate with staff to ensure timely service and quality of food presentation.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, providing excellent hospitality at all times.
Experience
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
* Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is advantageous.
* Strong understanding of food safety standards is a plus.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
* A passion for providing outstanding guest services and a willingness to help others is essential for success in this role.
