PPM and Compliance Administrator
We're looking for a dedicated PPM and Compliance Administrator to join our team in Birmingham (B46 1JU). If you have a background in facilities management or a construction office, this role is a perfect fit.

* Pay: GBP 13.46 per hour
* Location: Birmingham, Regeneration House
* Shift: 9am to 7pm (Monday to Friday)
* Contract: ASAP to 26/10/2025
Requirements:
You will be responsible for a range of essential administrative duties, ensuring our planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and compliance tasks are completed on time. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Scheduling and tracking maintenance tasks
* Updating systems like Maximo with all relevant information
* Chasing contractors or internal teams for overdue work or missing documentation
