Danielle Ward Recruitment is a highly successful specialist agency based in Cheadle Hulme, specialising in roles for the Fashion, Textiles, Lifestyle, and Homeware industries. We are looking for a full-time Office Administrator to join our growing team, on a 12-month placement.
The Office Administrator will provide assistance to Recruitment Consultants, with responsibilities including:
1. Work closely with the Recruitment consultants
2. Answering the phone, directing calls, and taking messages
3. Managing & updating the database
4. Assisting with updating our social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
5. Preparing CVs using Microsoft Word
6. Arranging interviews
7. Posting new jobs on the job boards
8. General office maintenance and admin duties
The Office Administrator must be highly motivated with excellent organisation and communication skills. We are a positive, friendly office environment where hard work is rewarded.
