Temporary Project Administrator | Full-time | Ipswich | Until end of June 2026
Your new companyMy client is a well-established organisation in Ipswich, who are looking for a Temporary Project Administrator to start immediately.Your new roleThis is a fast-paced and exciting Temporary Project Administrator job, joining a streamlined team supporting several high-profile local projects. Duties will include but not limited to:
* Managing and coordinating project emails and correspondence
* General administrative support to the project team
* Organising, filing, and maintaining project documentation
* Assisting with document control, including drawings and revisions
* Supporting the coordination and issuing of drawings and technical information
* Updating trackers, logs, and basic project records
* Assisting with meeting arrangements, minutes, and follow-ups
* Supporting smaller works administration as required
What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this job you will require:
* Previous experience in an administrative or project support role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable managing emails, documents, and spreadsheets
* Basic understanding of document control processes (desirable, not essential)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
