Overview
The Opportunity: A 2-month contract to oversee the planning and execution of light maintenance works across a portfolio of 300 sites. This is a "hit the ground running" role—we need someone who can pick up our systems quickly and take immediate control of the schedule.
The Role
This is a pure coordination and logistics play. You will be the central link between our clients, our in-house labor, and our supply chain.
* Resource Scheduling: Effectively planning and dispatching labor and subcontractors to ensure 100% site coverage.
* Capacity Management: Monitoring team bandwidth to ensure we are meeting SLAs across all 300 locations.
* Procurement: Raising Purchase Orders (POs) and ensuring materials are on-site when the labor arrives.
* Productivity Reporting: Tracking "time on tool" and output, providing clear reports on job completion rates and team efficiency.
* Subbie Management: Vetting and coordinating external subcontractors to fill capacity gaps.
Requirements
* Relevant Experience: You must have experience in a similar role within Maintenance, FM, or Construction (High-volume/Small-works experience is a major plus).
* Technical Proficiency: Expert at using scheduling software, CRM systems, and Excel.
* Coordination Skills: You are a natural at spinning plates and can reprioritize a whole day\'s schedule in 10 minutes when an emergency arises.
* Communication: Able to speak the language of a site "subbie" while maintaining a professional front for the client.
* Speed: You pick up new processes in hours, not weeks.
Why Join Us?
* Fast-Paced Environment: No two hours are the same—the time will fly.
* Autonomy: Once you\'ve proven you\'ve got the reins, we trust you to get the job done.
* Immediate Start: We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
