Commercial Vehicle Sales Leader
Dealerships: Peugeot, Fiat, Citroen, Vauxhall - Mansfield
Salary & Benefits: £40,000 basic with £56,000 OTE, company car, pension, life assurance, healthcare, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), and exclusive discounts on used cars, leasing, and aftersales services.
We seek a highly motivated automotive professional to lead and develop a successful sales team.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the dealership is well presented and stock is well managed.
* Set and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
* Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and customer obligations.
* Ensure high levels of customer service and achieve top CSI scores.
* Manage daily team activities and ensure compliance.
Candidate Requirements:
* Leadership skills to motivate teams and exceed targets.
* Passion for customer service.
* Flexibility in approach, working with central telesales and retention teams.
* Proven automotive sales experience with strong communication and negotiation skills.
