The Role We are seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Graduate to join our growing team at our Dundonald site. Reporting to the Head of Product, this role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, analytical, and eager to develop a career in procurement and supply chain management. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day purchasing, supplier coordination, and demand forecasting across multiple product categories. The role involves managing orders from suppliers, ensuring materials arrive on time and at the right cost, and maintaining clear communication between the Product, Operations, and Finance teams. This is a hands-on role that provides full visibility across the supply chain, offering a clear development path to Procurement Manager within 23 years for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Raise purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure on-time and in-full supply. Work with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, and availability. Support stock management and demand forecasting in collaboration with the Product and Operations teams. Assist in analysing supplier performance and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Maintain accurate records of procurement activity and supplier communications. Liaise with internal teams to ensure materials and packaging meet production timelines. Contribute to continuous improvement projects in supply chain efficiency and cost control. Skills & Experience Essential: A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field (or a degree with supply chain or procurement modules), or related education with experience in supply chain management. Strong analytical and organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general data handling. Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Desirable (but not required): Understanding of basic supply chain principles such as forecasting, lead times, or procurement processes. Experience in an administrative or purchasing support role.
