Job Type: Permanent
Stowe School is seeking a reliable and skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our busy Estates Team. In this hands-on role, you’ll support the maintenance and upkeep of our historic school estate, working across a range of trades including, locksmithing, plumbing, decorating, fire door repairs and a particular emphasis on flooring works (carpet tiles, vinyl etc)
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out day-to-day maintenance and repairs to a high standard
* Respond to requests via our maintenance system (HALO) promptly and professionally
* Work closely with the Estates Team and wider school staff to ensure minimal disruption to school life
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety and regulatory standards (CDM, COSHH, BS standards)
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in multi-trade maintenance roles
* Good working knowledge of H&S regulations and safe working practices
* A team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
You’ll be part of a supportive and professional team in a beautiful working environment.
