EXAMINATION SUPERVISORS (Casual)

'Following A level and GCSE results days, none of this would have been possible without the tireless work of our brilliant Examinations Team and the many colleagues who supported them.
From meticulously prepared exam boxes, complex invigilation schedules, clash escorts, and MFL orals, to caring for overnight candidates, packaging papers, and keeping everything running smoothly - it was another huge collective effort. Thank you.'
Dan Clark
Deputy Head (Academic)
We are looking to recruit a number of Examination Supervisors to support the existing, experienced Examinations Team with the smooth running of exams next year.
The role will involve the preparation of exam rooms, supervising pupils during examinations, enforcing examination regulations and associated administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle situations in a calm and logical manner, be able to work independently as well as part of a team and who can commit to working throughout all our exam sessions.
Experience of examination invigilation is not essential, as training will be given. Awareness of a busy school environment would be advantageous, together with an understanding of the formality and importance of examinations.
You will be required to work to an agreed timetable of set days and hours (working either full days and/or half days) during the very busy A level and GCSE exam period in April, May and June as well as for internal exams throughout the school year. The hours are flexible and agreed in advance.
Closing date for returned applications is Friday, 31 October 2025 Interviews are expected to take place during November/December 2025
Starting from January 2026
