Salary: £28,000 to £32,000
Axon Moore is partnering with a fast growing, design led business to recruit a Marketing and Social Media Executive to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone creative, enthusiastic and motivated, with a genuine passion for digital content and brand building. You will play a key role in supporting marketing activity, creating engaging content and helping to grow brand presence across multiple digital channels.

The Opportunity
You will support both the marketing and production teams in delivering engaging campaigns that build brand awareness, promote services and generate leads. This role offers strong exposure to a wide range of marketing activity and is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in social media and digital marketing.
What You Will Be Doing
Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional activity
Assisting with market research to identify trends, opportunities and audience insights
Creating, scheduling and managing social media content across multiple platforms
Engaging with followers and helping to grow online communities and website traffic
Working closely with the management team to support marketing and social media initiatives
Assisting with email marketing campaigns and content creation
Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends
Creating written and visual content including social posts, blogs, web content and e-newsletters
Tracking and reporting on performance metrics such as reach, engagement and conversions
About You
At least 1 year of experience in a marketing or social media role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A genuine interest in marketing, social media and digital content
Creative thinking and the confidence to contribute new ideas
A basic understanding of platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, is desirable but not essential
Well organised, proactive and eager to learn
A positive team player with a creative mindset
