We are seeking an ambitious and strategic leader to join Stanmore College as Director of Cross College Sports. This senior role offers the opportunity to shape a high-quality, innovative sports provision that delivers excellent outcomes for learners and aligns provision with the needs of employers, supporting opportunity across the wider community.
The Role
You will provide strategic leadership across Cross College Sports, setting a clear vision and direction for a high-quality and innovative sports provision. You will work collaboratively with senior leaders, staff, and external partners to ensure strong learner outcomes and meaningful progression.

* Leadership and management of staff across the sports curriculum
* Quality assurance, self-assessment, and continuous improvement
* Curriculum development and enrichment that create meaningful progression pathways
* Strategic use of performance data to improve achievement, retention, and progression
* Building effective partnerships that support learner progression and opportunity
