Location: Cardiff
Hours: 8pm to 7am (31.5 hours per week, 3 days per week)
Salary: £16.03 per hour

Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for students and guests overnight, providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service.
* Carry out regular security checks and monitor safety around the property.
* Respond to queries and resolve issues in a professional, timely way.
* Keep accurate records and support with any incidents or emergencies.
* Work closely with your daytime colleagues to keep everything running smoothly.
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills - friendly, approachable, and confident.
* Good IT and numeracy skills.
* A calm and professional approach to problem solving.
* Awareness of health & safety responsibilities.
* Previous customer service or security experience is helpful, but not essential - what matters most is your attitude.
