Overview
We are currently partnering with a leading food manufacturer to recruit a Product Developer to join their fast-paced and innovative NPD team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to play a key role in delivering new product concepts from initial brief through to successful launch.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with internal teams to support the end-to-end product development process, including concept creation, sample development, packaging input and factory trials.
* Manage projects through each stage to ensure products meet customer expectations.
* Prepare product documentation and presentations, support customer meetings, and collaborate with technical, commercial, and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Contribute to pre-production and launch activities, participate in post-launch reviews, and support continuous improvement across processes and ways of working.
* Communicate effectively across departments and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities.
Qualifications
* Degree in Food or related field; previous experience within a food manufacturing NPD or product development role.
* Strong organisational and project management skills.
* Good understanding of food safety standards and retailer requirements.
