A leading contractor operating across North Wales is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a growing pipeline of work across Civil Engineering, Utilities, and M&E projects. This is a keymercial role offering long-term progression and the chance to shape delivery on major regional schemes.
The Role:As Senior QS, you will takemercial responsibility across multiple live projects, ensuring robust financial management and contract administration. You will work closely with operational teams, supply chain partners, and senior leadership to drive value, manage risk, and support successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Fullmercial management across Civils, M&E or Utilities packages
2. Procurement, subcontract management and payment approvals
3. Detailed cost reporting, forecasting and budget control
4. NEC contract administration (Options A, C & E desirable)
5. Managing change control andpensation events
6. Supporting bid and tender activity where required
7. Leadingmercial meetings and presenting key financial data
About YouYou’ll be a capable, confident Senior QS with a strong background in Civils, Utilities or M&E engineering and hands-on experience working under NEC contracts. You’ll bemercially astute, collaborative, andfortable leading on multiple schemes simultaneously.

9. Strong NEC contract knowledge
10. Experience in Civils, Utilities or M&E

12. Ability to managemercial reporting independently
