Your Mission
Your mission is to take ownership of sales admin procedures for our existing portfolio. You’ll manage a step-by-step process, using your administrative knowledge and organisational skills to move items through the stages. To achieve this, you’ll complete various detail checks, order forms, and submissions. You’ll liaise with internal and external partners to overcome challenges and verify information, ensuring at all times that the CRM is kept up to date and accurate.
With the support of our sales team, you’ll ensure our customers get the most of what our products have to offer. This could include contacting customers about upgrading their existing services, advising them on additional products, or engaging with brand new customers about how we can help them with their sustainability.
You’ll support customers with booking appointments, ensuring they are receiving the right service and scheduling it in our dedicated engineering CRM. You’ll add clear and accurate information to bookings to aid our engineers in the field, whilst supporting them with other ad-hoc needs as required.
As a key player in this new team, you’ll be invited to share your ideas for processes and improvements, helping to shape the department and its successes.
