As a Business Manager for Climate, Nature, and Social Risk in our Climate, Nature, and Social Risk team, you support the team in setting an overall vision, driving operational excellence, ensuring effective governance, and enabling strategic initiatives. You coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities on a global basis. We value your strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, and your ability to foster collaboration and problem-solving. Job responsibilities
1. Set the team’s vision in collaboration with the team head, ensuring clarity of purpose and alignment with goals.
2. Act as a catalyst to maximize team impact, connecting with members and adopting a problem-solving approach.
3. Drive operational excellence by supporting business resiliency plans, coordinating testing, and ensuring readiness.
4. Coordinate outsourcing activities and maintain inventory of charters, ensuring governance and compliance.
5. Support real estate coordination, including office moves and space planning.
6. Assist with budget planning and review throughout the annual cycle, supporting financial discipline.
7. Maintain data records management, ensuring accuracy, ownership, and compliance with data storage policies.
8. Evolve the training and learning curriculum for the team.
9. Lead planning and logistics for team offsites, including objective setting and agenda definition.
10. Represent the team at external events and connect with the external ecosystem of stakeholders.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
11. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
12. Significant organizational and project management skills.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
