Social Media Executive with LinkedIn experience
* Location: Sidcup, Greater London (studio-based with 1 remote day per week)

* Salary Range £25,000 to £34,000 depending on experience
My web design and digital marketing client are looking for an energetic and ambitious social media exec to join their busy creative team! This role involves managing client social media accounts, creating engaging content, and supporting the growth of client brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee multiple client social media accounts
* Develop and execute creative, results-driven social media strategies
* Create engaging content
o Text-based and Graphics and visual assets
o Short-form and long-form video
* Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
* Confidently present performance reports via video calls or face-to-face meetings
* Support the continued growth of the social media department
* Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact
LinkedIn experience (nice to have)
* Proven experience managing LinkedIn personal and company profiles
* Strong knowledge of LinkedIn content strategy and engagement growth
* Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Ability to generate qualified B2B leads through targeted outreach
* Experience running LinkedIn paid advertising campaigns
* Skilled in profile optimisation and LinkedIn branding
* Ability to identify and connect with key decision-makers
* Track record of increasing LinkedIn followers, engagement, and conversions
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in social media
* Strong copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail
* Editing video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
* Confident communicator with client-facing ability
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts
* Proactive, creative, and commercially aware
