Role: Fulfil the role of Sect Comd for the delivery of Basic Training (BT) to Army Reserve (AR) recruits. Command, lead, inspire and mentor recruits through to the successful conclusion of BT. RSDs: 50-80 RSDs, possible more. High level of weekend work required.
