The Role
As a Technical Case Manager at ONP youll have the chance to:

Key Responsibilities
Overseeing ad hoc case progression with the aim of maintaining service levels
Monitor and deliver fully against personal and business targets
Independently establish priorities and manage deadlines, ensuring that all files are progressed in a timely manner whilst the case manager is otherwise engaged and providing comprehensive handover as required
Responsible for dealing with complex aspects at any level of remortgage transaction
Provide an exceptional service both to the client but also to introducers and associates
Deal with complex enquiries on transactions
Recognise potential risks and resolve issues without putting the client or business at risk
Responsibility to ensure that all files being overseen are maintained in good order in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements
Ensure that all files are billed correctly with the appropriate fees and on completion funds are sent to the correct place
The Person
We're looking for a skilled Technical Case Manager with demonstrable experience covering ALL levels of cases
An Enthusiastic team-player and natural self-starter able to work on own initiative.
The Ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
Strong attention to detail and verbal and numerical skills. This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday.
