The Role You will teach Spanish at KS3 and KS4, with a focus on target language immersion and student oracy. Your induction will be managed through the local Teaching School Hub, ensuring you meet all ECF milestones while receiving internal coaching from an MFL Specialist. Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering engaging lessons that build student confidence in spontaneous speech

* Meeting weekly with a Mentor to review instructional coaching targets
* Supporting the school’s popular international exchange programs
