The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience as a Home Manager, demonstrating a deep understanding of CQC standards and a proven track record of achieving 'Good' to 'Outstanding' ratings in inspections. You must be confident in managing teams and possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff to deliver exceptional care.

Requirements
* A minimum of four years experienced as a Home Manager.
* Knowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports.

The home is based in Broadstairs and offers a suitable commute from Margate, Ramsgate, Sandwich, Deal, Herne Bay, Whitstable, Canterbury, and Dover.
Summary
