About the role We have an exciting opportunity in our Highways & Transport Traffic Enforcement Team for an Enforcement Investigation Officer. We are looking for a highly motivated, efficient, enthusiastic and flexible individual who has proven experience of working in the field of parking, bus lane and moving traffic enforcement. Based out of One Angel Square, Northampton, NN1 1ED. Additional information We are looking for someone who can work to tight deadlines, under pressure, and who is friendly, reliable, willing and ready to learn new things. Applicants will need to be comfortable working as part of a team, be able to demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills, along with a commitment to continuous improvement.
