PA / Administrator - School Setting (Hemel Hempstead) Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday Pay: £100 - £125 per day (depending on experience) Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire Start: ASAP We're looking for a professional and organised PA / Administrator to join a friendly and supportive school in Hemel Hempstead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy educational environment and has excellent administrative and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Providing PA and administrative support to senior staff and the wider school team Managing correspondence, diaries, and scheduling meetings Handling confidential information with discretion Supporting with general office duties, filing, and data entry Liaising with parents, staff, and external agencies as requiredRequirements: Previous admin or PA experience (ideally within a school or education setting) Excellent communication and organisational skills Confident using Microsoft Office and school management systems SIMS experience is a bonus A DBS Enhanced Child Workforce certificate on the Update Service, or willingness to apply (You can receive a refund after 20 days of work if you apply through us)
