About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, detail-driven professional to step into a position at the very centre of our commercial and operational activities.
As our Product & Pricing Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in managing the critical product and pricing data that drives both our offering to customers and our manufacturing processes. You'll gain exposure across the business, collaborating with teams from product development to senior leadership, while building specialist knowledge of our diverse and complex product range.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with problem-solving, thrives on responsibility, and is ready to develop their expertise in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily product setup and change requests from across the business
* Respond to queries on pricing and product specifications in a timely manner
* Carry out weekly pricing updates to reflect changes in precious metal prices
* Support the launch of new product ranges through accurate mass setup and testing
* Collate, record, and publish product specifications, ensuring clear communication to stakeholders
* Conduct periodic price reviews and competitor/market analysis
* Present pricing proposals and findings to managers and directors
* Develop and refine systems and processes to improve product data management from concept to launch
What We're Looking For
* A relevant maths or science-based higher education qualification
* At least 2 years' experience in a comparable role
* Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, able to engage with a wide range of teams and stakeholders
Desirable Skills
* Experience in a manufacturing environment
* Familiarity with Dynamics NAV/AX systems
* Strong data management and Excel expertise

Location: Birmingham (3-8 Vyse Street, Hockley, B18 6LT), Working hours: Full Time (37.5 hrs, 08:00 – 16:00 on-site), Salary: £26,500-£29,500 per annum, depending on experience
