Requirements and skills of a Front of House Host: You'll be approachable and footfall driven, the face of Archie's. Welcoming guests as they arrive to store, advising them of the ordering process and locating seating You will be able to draw guests into the store through your energetic interactions Welcome guests to Archie’s, being lively and engaging throughout their visit, answering any questions they may have about the menu or ordering process Communicate with the manager on shift, relating to any delays with service or changes, to update guests Work as part of a great team within a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining the highest standards in site cleanliness and Health & Safety to ensure that the store always looks presentable and vibrant Ensure that tables are cleared efficiently and ready for the next guests, to prevent any waiting times Deliver the perfect Archie’s experience at every point of contact with guests, go the extra mile to ensure they have an enjoyable visit Support the wider team with front of house duties, clearing tables, cleaning and advising guests on the Google review process. Provide a friendly and sincere goodbye to all guests, ensuring they want to return Requirements and Skills: Have strong organisation skills Be guest satisfaction orientated, stand out from the crowd A can-do attitude, a sharp eye for detail and pride in your work The ability to pick up new skills quickly and become one of the team Impeccable personal hygiene & presentation standards Uniform and training will be provided which will need to be followed
