About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst to join our client’s team on an interim basis, focusing on Soft Services within Facilities Management. This role is critical in supporting bid teams and commercial functions to deliver accurate, competitive, and profitable pricing models for new and existing contracts.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain pricing models for soft services (e.g., cleaning, catering, security, waste management).
* Analyse cost structures, market trends, and operational data to ensure competitive bids.
* Collaborate with bid managers, operational leads, and finance teams to validate assumptions and ensure compliance with client requirements.
* Provide scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to support decision-making.
* Identify risks and opportunities within pricing strategies and recommend mitigations.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in pricing analysis within Facilities Management (private sector / advanced manufacturing advantageous)
* Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
* Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
