This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and strategic Product Owner to take on a key role in leading the delivery of a new enterprise-grade CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities
As Product Owner, you will:
* Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for a new Microsoft Dynamics-based CRM platform, anticipating future client and business needs.
* Ensure product features and enablers meet acceptance criteria and align with the overall strategy and goals.
* Manage and prioritise the team backlog, breaking down features into actionable user stories.
* Use market trends, client insights, and performance data to continuously enhance the product offering across the customer journey.
* Recommend and implement experience improvements to drive client acquisition, development, and retention.
* Take full commercial ownership of the product, including tracking performance, benefits realisation, and maintaining a P&L view.
Required Experience:
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile delivery teams.
* Good experience delivering CRM products, ideally using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Experience collaborating across technology and business teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
* Demonstrated ability to define, communicate, and deliver against a clear product vision.
* Ability to analyse customer journeys and product performance using data, insights, and research.
* Experience managing budgets and KPIs, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Background in banking or financial services is advantageous.
* Experience leading change in team culture, mindset, or structure.
* Familiarity with collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence.
