The Role
We are seeking a talented Retail Store Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment, understands our brand and customers, and is passionate about team development and success. As a natural leader, you will coach, develop, and support your team to reach their full potential while maintaining a fun and engaging store atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
* Brand Ambassador: Lead by example, promote the FatFace brand and culture, and champion our social and environmental initiatives.
* Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement.
* Drive Business Performance: Take ownership of store performance, use data to inform decisions, and identify growth opportunities.
* Team Development: Inspire, coach, and develop your team through ongoing feedback and support.
* Visual & Operational Standards: Maintain store presentation, product displays, and stock standards.
* Compliance & Profitability: Manage store operations, including stock control, security, health & safety, and profitability.
* Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses and community initiatives to support FatFace's broader purpose.
