Salary: £43,750 rising to £44,750 + 5% Training Completion Bonus

What youll do:
* Conduct face-to-face and/or virtual assessments of individuals functional capability
* Prepare detailed, evidence-based xsngvjr reports for decision-making
* Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of service delivery
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Paramedic
* Current professional registration (NMC/HCPC)
* Strong communication and analytical skills
