Working for a well-established business in Falmer, you will be pivotal in managing the technical input for projects, coordinating and uniting contributions from multiple engineering disciplines, and managing a cross-functional team. Your responsibility will be to ensure that all aspects of the projects are aligned, focusing on delivering the right technical solution that meets business objectives and requirements. As Design Project Manager, your role will include:
* Leading design teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions that meet technical and regulatory standards.
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, including CDM regulations.
* Driving efficiency through digital innovation, standardisation, and collaboration with supply chain partners.
* Influencing stakeholders and manage financial performance, ensuring design plans are cost-effective and meet budget forecasts.
* Representing the company at industry events, promoting its work through presentations and thought leadership.

* Meng / Beng / BSc or HND / HNC in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
* Membership of an appropriate professional institute (Chartered or working towards).
* Knowledge of project management, H&S standards and Engineering within the Water Industry.
