Working closely with managers across the business, youll take ownership of recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent development initiatives, helping to shape a positive employee experience and support long-term organisational success.

What youll be doing
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across the business
* Developing and implementing effective attraction and talent acquisition strategies
* Creating engaging onboarding and induction programmes for new employees
* Identifying training and development needs across departments
* Designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development initiatives
* Supporting managers with talent management, employee development, and succession planning activities
* Monitoring recruitment, onboarding, and training metrics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
* Producing reports and analysing HR data to support decision-making
* Promoting employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture
* Championing equality, diversity, inclusion, and best practice throughout the employee lifecycle
What were looking for
* Previous experience in a Talent & Development, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, or similar HR-focused role
* Hospitality industry experience is essential, with hotel experience highly desirable
* Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, learning, and development best practices
* Proven ability to design and deliver successful training and development programmes
* Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
* Strong coaching, influencing, and facilitation abilities
* Highly organised with excellent planning and project management skills
* Analytical and data-driven approach with experience using HR systems and reporting tools
* CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience would be advantageous
* CIPD Level 7, leadership development, organisational development, or succession planning experience would be beneficial but is not essential
