About the Role We are looking for a professional and detail-driven Admin / Customer Service Advisor to support operations at our busy Northampton site. This is a full-time, hands-on position ideal for someone with strong communication skills, administrative experience, and a proactive attitude. ?? Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency Handle customer service tickets, ensuring prompt resolution Create manual shipping labels for specific orders as needed Process booking requests and coordinate with relevant departments Perform regular system updates to maintain accurate records Release orders through internal systems Conduct routine system checks to ensure smooth order processing Support the warehouse by verifying parcels or checking order details on the shop floor ?
