Responsibilities

* Conducting maintenance, servicing, and repairs with precision, ensuring our trains are safe and ready for daily service
* Using diagnostic software to identify and resolve issues, focusing on proactive problem-solving to prevent future faults
* Sharing your knowledge and experience with apprentices and colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning and safety
* Adhering to strict safety regulations and maintaining a clean, secure working environment
About You
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent military engineering qualifications
* Proven ability to troubleshoot in fast-paced, technical environments
* Flexible and adaptable to the varying demands of train maintenance and operational needs
* Proactive with the initiative and motivation to uphold the highest safety standards
* Comfortable using diagnostic software and conducting root cause analysis
