Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer in Public Services to join our team at Loughborough College Group. Loughborough College Group Public Services is a successful curriculum team with over 250 learners, offering a wide range of BTEC provision from Level 1 up to Level 3. The role is part of a growing area, and we are looking for candidates with a strong team ethos and a passion for innovative delivery.
Responsibilities
* Deliver inspiring and high‑quality teaching and learning across the Public Services provision.
* Support learners to achieve target grades and monitor progress.
* Plan and support mandatory residential trips as part of the programme.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and embrace new modes of delivery.
* Maintain standards of curriculum quality and student success.
Qualifications
* Relevant degree in Public Services, Education, or a related field.
* Teaching qualification and extensive teaching/vocational experience in further education.
* Sound knowledge of the public services area.
* Ability to plan and lead residential trips.
* Strong communication skills and a team ethos.
