🔎 WHO THEY’RE LOOKING FOR
* 4+ years UK Town Planning experience
* Infrastructure, DCO, or NSIP experience (ideal)
* RTPI membership (or working towards MRTPI)
* Development management and/or policy background
* Proactive, commercial, and collaborative mindset
