We believe current convenience food options are too “one-size-fits-all” - prescriptive, flexible, and wasteful. At STOCKED we make award-winning meals with a difference, allowing busy foodies to eat what they want, when they want, and how much of it they want. We freeze sauce-based meals, packed full of protein and other good stuff, into handy little Blocks that can be transformed back into award-winning dishes in just a few minutes. This is a completely personal approach to convenience food which also helps you cut down on your household food waste too.
Sam & Charlie launched STOCKED in 2021 after feeling current convenience options didn’t cut the mustard. Since then we’ve delivered our award-winning Blocks to thousands of customers (aka the Blockparty) across the country. With 5 Great Taste Awards, an Innovation award, and even a trip to Dragons’ Den under our belts we’re well on our way towards shaking up the industry. We plan on growing quickly this year, building both the team and the production facility to meet demand.

About the role
This is a dream job for someone who’s obsessed with food, storytelling, and building legendary brands. You’ll own our organic content strategy across social, email, and community, working directly with the founders to grow our voice, drive engagement, and bring delicious ideas to life.
What you’ll be up to:
* Set the strategy. Own and execute a scroll-stopping content and community plan across our social and email channel.
* Make it happen. Work with a small team of freelancers/agencies (content creators, video editors, email pros) to develop tasty, on-brand content at pace.
* Own the calendar. Manage our posting and campaign schedule, from new dish launches to customer highlights and BTS content.
* Drive community. Find new ways to engage with our customers, making them feel part of something.
* Lead on brand moments. Coordinate Special Dish launches, collabs and brand campaigns.
* Be one step ahead. Constantly look for ways to make our content clearer, tastier, and more impactful.
A bit about you
* Passionate about food
* 2+ years in a content or brand marketing role, ideally at a FMCG brand
* Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter
* Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and oral communication skills and fluent English language
* Proactive and able to work both with autonomy, and as part of a collaborative team
